Prospective student-athletes should first submit the Inquiry Form. All inquiries will be reviewed by our admissions team and eligible applicants will be contacted to begin the application process. This will include a detailed application questionnaire, official transcripts, school records, and recommendations.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence for academics and communication. Wi-Fi is turned off at 10:30 PM to support the academy’s lights-out and sleep policies.

Players may use their phones during permitted hours. At 10:30 PM, phones must be placed in the designated holder outside each player’s room. Players may not substitute gaming systems, tablets or other electronic devices for their phones overnight.

Gaming consoles and similar entertainment systems are not permitted in player rooms. This policy helps protect players’ sleep, academic performance and daily routines.

Curfews vary based on the players’ ages, schedules and day of the week. Quiet hours, in-room times and lights-out rules are enforced by residential staff.

Parents may assist their player during the designated move-in period. After move-in, parents and other visitors are not permitted inside the player residence. When picking up a player, parents should wait outside and respect the privacy of the other residents.

Yes. Parents are welcome to visit their players during the season. Visits should be coordinated in advance, and any leave from campus must be requested and approved through the REACH app.

Players are encouraged to communicate respectfully and attempt to resolve minor disagreements. If additional support is required, a residential coach or academy administrator will meet with the players, mediate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Violations involving curfew, prohibited substances, disrespectful conduct, unauthorized absences or other behavioral expectations are addressed immediately. Consequences may include loss of privileges, suspension from team activities or dismissal from the academy, depending on the seriousness or frequency of the violation.

Players are generally assigned three to a room. Room assignments are based on age, team, room size and supervision considerations.

Rooms include XL twin beds or bunk beds, dresser storage, shared wardrobe space, a shared desk, one mini refrigerator and a private bathroom. A shower curtain and shower caddy are also provided.

Each player should bring XL twin sheets, blankets or a comforter, pillows and an XL twin zippered mattress protector. The mattress protector is required even if the player also uses a mattress pad.

Yes. The residence has washers and dryers available for player use. Players are responsible for doing their own laundry and should bring a laundry basket or bag and laundry detergent.

Yes. Players are responsible for keeping their rooms and private bathrooms clean. They should bring basic cleaning products, paper towels, bathroom supplies and trash bags. Rooms and bathrooms must be cleaned regularly and may be inspected by academy staff.

No. Each room includes one shared mini refrigerator. Additional refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, hot plates and other cooking appliances are not permitted.

Prohibited items include candles, plug-in fragrances, wax warmers, heaters, air conditioners, gaming systems, string or LED lights, wireless routers or boosters, additional refrigerators, cooking appliances, pets, halogen lights and unauthorized wall hangings.

Storage is limited. Players should bring only the hockey equipment and personal items needed for the season. Large, unnecessary items such as golf clubs should remain at home unless approved in advance.

Each player should bring a small locking safe for cash, passports, medication and other valuables. Although rooms are locked, players remain responsible for securing their personal belongings.

Residential players receive breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Meals are prepared on-site and designed to support athletic performance, development and recovery.

Families must identify all allergies and dietary restrictions on the required intake forms before arrival. Advance notice allows our chef and staff to develop an appropriate plan for the player.

Outside food delivery is strongly discouraged. Unsupervised deliveries create safety and security concerns and may conflict with the academy’s nutrition program. Players receive daily meals and have access to approved grocery trips and snacks. Special dietary needs should be discussed with academy staff.

Players are generally expected to manage their own medications responsibly. Medications should be kept in their original labeled containers and secured in a small locking safe. If a player requires assistance managing medication, the family must contact academy staff before arrival.

Players will be taken to an approved urgent-care center or medical facility when necessary, and a parent or guardian will be notified. Every family must provide current insurance information, emergency contacts and a signed Consent to Treat form before participation.

Players may be required to complete ImPACT concussion baseline testing before the season. When required, testing instructions and an access code will be emailed to the address listed for the player.

Players who meet USA Hockey’s age requirements must complete the applicable SafeSport Core Training or Refresher Course before they can be rostered. Families will receive instructions based on the requirements for the upcoming season.

Residential and coaching staff are available to support players as they adjust to academy life. Staff will communicate with the player and family and, when appropriate, help connect the player with counseling or other professional support services.

All student-athletes are provided transportation to and from all practices, games, events by our shuttles and coach buses. Coaches and chaperones have access to school passenger vans to transport players to off-site games, academic field trips, and other recreational activities. For teams that play tournaments in Dallas, TX, parent/guardians are required to purchase roundtrip airline tickets.
16U and under players are not permitted to have vehicles on campus.

No. Players may not use Uber, Lyft or another rideshare service without specific advance authorization from academy administration.

Players may only leave with an approved adult after the required leave request has been submitted and authorized through the REACH app. Players may not leave campus or accept unauthorized transportation.

REACH is the academy’s residence-management system. It is used for player check-in and check-out, parent-approved leave requests, curfews and residence accountability. Parents receive setup and training instructions before the season.

Yes. When arranged in advance, academy staff can help coordinate arrival from approved local airports or transportation locations, assist with check-in and ensure that the player is settled into the residence.

The academy’s Academic Advisor monitors player participation and academic progress, coordinates with schools and conducts regular check-ins. Players are expected to attend scheduled academic periods, complete assignments and maintain satisfactory grades.

REACH is used for residence life and leave requests. TeamSnap is used for practices, games and team calendars. GroupMe is used for team communication and day-to-day logistics. Important family announcements may also be sent by email.

Practice, game and travel schedules are published through TeamSnap. Schedules may change during the season, so families should monitor TeamSnap regularly.

Yes. Players should bring khaki or navy dress pants, a button-down shirt, a tie and dress shoes. Academy or Knights polo shirts may be provided. Players are expected to present a uniform and professional appearance during designated team travel and events.

Players must arrive with complete hockey equipment, off-ice training shoes, workout clothing, a laptop or computer for schoolwork, headphones and the required academy apparel. A complete seasonal packing list will be distributed before move-in.

The academy works with selected local hotels that may offer preferred rates to Revo Ice Academy families. Current hotel information and booking instructions will be distributed before training camp and major academy events.
