Life at Revo Ice Academy

Revo Ice Academy’s dorm facility was acquired in 2022 to provide our male 14U through Junior level players with housing and residence life. This 50,000 sq. ft. facility is located less than 5 minutes from Revolution Ice Centre, and amenities include a recovery room, player lounge with pool tables, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, eight TVs, a commercial kitchen with a full-time chef, cafeteria, study rooms, and an outdoor basketball court.

Our recovery room provides modern equipment and therapies to support post-game or post-practice recovery, including red light therapy and cold plunge rooms.

For mental and emotional well-being, our media room and quiet room offer spaces for reflection, relaxation, and mindfulness. Our fitness center supports physical conditioning, while our barber shop and laundry service take care of everyday needs so our athletes can focus on training and rest.

Our dorm rooms provide a place for rest and relaxation, and underage players are supervised at all times. To ensure smooth transportation to and from practices, games, and events, coach buses and shuttle buses transport all players.

Typical Week at the Academy

Academy life follows a structured weekly schedule that balances academics, on-ice training, and off-ice workouts. Players typically train 4–5 days per week, including on-ice sessions and strength and conditioning. Teams play 2–3 games per weekend, with planned rest periods.

Off-ice training includes MMA, boxing, stretching, and yoga. Private training is available on off nights.

Meal Program & Nutrition

Revo Ice Academy provides structured meal service for dorm residents, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared on-site. Our meal plans are designed to support performance and recovery, and are tailored to meet individual dietary needs and allergies. We work with our chef and nutrition team to ensure players receive balanced meals that help fuel training and growth.
