Schedule
Academy life follows a structured weekly schedule designed to balance academics, on-ice development, and off-ice conditioning. Players typically train four to five days per week, combining on-ice skill sessions with strength and conditioning workouts to support performance, recovery, and long-term development. Competitive play is concentrated on weekends, with teams usually competing in two to three games, while planned rest periods are built into the schedule to help athletes recover physically and mentally.
Off-ice training is a key part of the program and includes activities such as MMA, boxing, stretching, and yoga. These sessions focus on building strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and overall athleticism, while also helping to prevent injuries. For players looking to further customize their development, private training sessions are available on off nights to target individual skills or conditioning goals.
